About Me

Huong Nguyen

My career hasn’t been a rigid ladder; it has been a playground of deliberate trials and errors. Growing up in my father’s garage, I spent countless hours fascinated by how machines operated and how complex systems connect. This early curiosity, a deep interest in how the world moves, naturally evolved into an exploration of systems and signs. Whether analyzing the syntax of German linguistics, the layout of urban infrastructure during my studies at TU Darmstadt, or the architecture of digital landscapes today, my focus has always been on uncovering the logic that makes things function.

This winding path is not a detour, but the very foundation of my professional identity. Each unique chapter has taught me that my greatest strength lies in the intersection of the technical and the human. Transitioning from Urban Planning to Software Engineering felt less like a departure and more like a change of medium; in both fields, I have found that the most effective, human-centric structures emerge when we bridge different disciplines. Whether I am mapping out city districts or ERP systems, I excel at connecting the dots, translating complex business processes into clean, effective S/4HANA, Fiori, and HCM solutions.

Heilbronn was a "love at second sight." At first, the city felt too small and its dialect unfamiliar, but through the rhythm of working here, I found my people. Together, we’ve embraced the local lifestyle, from hiking the scenic trails of the Schwäbische Alb to racing in the Drachenboot-Cup on the Neckar river. I have fond memories of summer afternoons spent at the grill hut near the Schweinsbergturm, where we would climb the tower to take in the breathtaking panorama of the city. These moments of connection turned a new place into a home, where my professional and personal life found true harmony.

Today, as a Certified SAP Development Specialist (ABAP for HANA 2.0) with over four years of backend experience at corporations like Bosch and Schwarz Digits, I leverage this background to communicate smoothly across both technical and non-technical teams. I remain deeply sensitive to the human element in every project. I am an engineer who values linguistics as much as logic, and a researcher who believes that the most complex systems are only successful if they serve the human heart. This blend of technical grit and big-picture problem-solving is why I am steering my path toward SAP Consulting, a space where technology truly meets people.
